Create a webhook

1. api.slack.com/apps → Create New App → From scratch.

2. Add the incoming-webhook scope only.

3. Install to your workspace and pick the channel for VinTekh alerts.

4. Copy the webhook URL — it looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/T…/B…/….
